Your use of Arrow Cash Rush constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.
Age and Eligibility: This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. If you permit a minor to use Arrow Cash Rush, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

These Terms apply to Arrow Cash Rush in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the app experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.
Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.

- You have been previously banned from our services

Your Arrow Cash Rush Account
Both registered accounts and guest play are available in Arrow Cash Rush. This section covers the rules for account holders.
Keep your Arrow Cash Rush credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account whether or not you authorized it.
Prohibited Account Activities:
- Maintaining multiple accounts
- Sharing account access with third parties
- Selling or transferring your account
- Impersonating others
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or security concerns. We'll notify you where possible except in emergency situations.
Platform Integration: Connecting via Google Play Games links your Arrow Cash Rush progress to your platform account. Transfer between platforms may not be available.

Usage License
Access to Arrow Cash Rush is granted under a limited license. This section specifies what you can and cannot do.
You have our permission to download, install, and use Arrow Cash Rush on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission is limited and can be revoked.
Your license does not permit: commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, creation of derivative works, redistribution, sublicensing, or removal of proprietary notices from Arrow Cash Rush.
Automatic Updates: Arrow Cash Rush may update automatically. Your license includes the right to use updated versions subject to these Terms.

No Cheating: Using bots, hacks, mods, or exploits to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. Found a bug? Please report it to our support team instead of exploiting it.
Be Respectful: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, and discriminatory conduct are not tolerated in Arrow Cash Rush.
We enforce these rules fairly. Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban. Appeals can be submitted to our support team.

Game Currency Terms
Virtual currency and items in Arrow Cash Rush add to the fun — but they're governed by specific terms.
Virtual Items Have No Real-World Value
Virtual currency and items in Arrow Cash Rush are not real money, have no monetary value outside the game, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods.
You're Buying a License, Not Property
When you acquire virtual items, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them in the game. You don't own them outright.
We May Modify the Virtual Economy
R2R Creations may adjust virtual item values, availability, and pricing as we update Arrow Cash Rush. We'll try not to disadvantage players who have already made purchases.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

Intellectual Property
The content, design, and code of Arrow Cash Rush are protected by intellectual property law. Here's what that means for you.
R2R Creations owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Arrow Cash Rush and its content, globally.
Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!
What You May NOT Do
- Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Arrow Cash Rush's content
- Create unauthorized merchandise featuring our characters or art
- Claim ownership of our content
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission

Disclaimer

'As Is' Provision
Arrow Cash Rush is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Access to Arrow Cash Rush may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical problems, or factors outside our control. We'll try to notify you of planned downtime.
Third-Party Content: We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party services integrated into Arrow Cash Rush.

How Much We're Liable For
R2R Creations's liability to you is limited by these terms. Please review them carefully.
We exclude liability for: loss of game progress, data loss, lost profits, missed savings, or other consequential or indirect loss arising from Arrow Cash Rush use or unavailability.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Arrow Cash Rush shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid R2R Creations in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Consumer Protection Laws: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these limitations.

Indemnity
By using Arrow Cash Rush, you agree to the following indemnification obligation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R2R Creations and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Arrow Cash Rush use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
Defense: R2R Creations reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
We will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and work with you in good faith to resolve it fairly.

Dispute Resolution
This section describes how disputes between you and R2R Creations will be resolved.
Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against R2R Creations.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Termination
Understanding termination helps you make informed decisions about using Arrow Cash Rush.
You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Arrow Cash Rush at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Arrow Cash Rush community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.
We may discontinue Arrow Cash Rush with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Applicable Law
This section tells you which country's laws apply to these Terms and any disputes.
The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where R2R Creations is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in R2R Creations's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

Updating Our Terms
R2R Creations may modify these Terms from time to time. This section explains how and when changes take effect.
How We Notify You
For material changes, we'll display an in-app notice when you next open Arrow Cash Rush and update the effective date at the top of this document. For minor updates (like typo fixes), we'll only update the date.
When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Arrow Cash Rush after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Arrow Cash Rush before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement governing your use of Arrow Cash Rush, replacing any prior agreements.

No Waiver: Failure by R2R Creations to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent. R2R Creations may assign its rights in connection with a corporate transaction.
